As you approach Mudgeon Vean Farm down the gravel track, the emerald green fields roll down the side of the valley to meet the Sycamore and Ash trees swaying in the breeze. In front of you, tucked away behind ancient Holme Oaks, is the 18th century rooftop of Mudgeon Vean Farmhouse. Through the trees is the patchwork of seasonal agriculture, ancient woodland and hedges with a panorama which can be quiet and seductive or angry and fierce. You will be able to capture sunsets comparable to the Mediterranean, with dramatic skies and clouds that travel swiftly across the miles of countryside.
